Keeping the home fires burning, literally

Fires are burning on Mt. Lemmon here in AZ. I think that there is a general feeling of helplessness and loss by everyone concerning the mountain, because if the weather won't cooperate, then these's no way of getting it under control. I feel like a fly buzzing around someone's house.
