Hey, what's going on?

I have finally started my job at the school which, for better or worse, at least
gives me a paycheck. Of course the horrible part of it, is like any job in the fact
that I have to deal with stupid people who are my superiors and general
administrators of the school who have no idea about what's going on. These
people, who are supposed to know about the personnel of the school and who are
in charge of sending directives to said personnel, had no idea that I or several other
of my co-workers were going to actually show up on the first day. Basically what I've
been doing there the past few days is working with my two co-workers in a classroom as a means of hiding from our collective bosses. These two are basically Atkins diet rejects
who have no idea how to do their jobs but are there because they have personal
connections to the former vice-principal. These people wouldn't be so bad if they
didn't delegate the work they feel is beneath them to the underlings(a.k.a. my
compatriots and I). But despite all of my bitching and complaining, I like my
job. I can't wait until all the computer networks are set up there so that I can check
my mail and surf the net on a daily basis.
